Every item sold by The Vault NYC is 100% authentic. We source our inventory exclusively from trusted suppliers and employ specialists who meticulously verify the authenticity of each piece. In the unlikely event that you have concerns about an item you've received, we will handle the entire authentication process ourselves — so you never have to.

How to Raise a Concern

If you have any doubts about the authenticity of your item, here is what happens:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Reach out to our Customer Service team and we will guide you through the next steps.
  2. Return the item to us. We will arrange for you to send the piece back to The Vault NYC. We take full responsibility for the authentication process from this point forward.
  3. We commission an independent authentication. Our team submits the item to a recognised, independent authenticator who specialises in the relevant designer brand. We handle everything — you won't need to source or coordinate with any third party.
  4. We share the full report with you. Once the authentication is complete, we provide you with the official findings so you have complete transparency.

Resolution

In the unlikely event that an item is confirmed inauthentic, The Vault NYC will issue you a full refund — including the cost of return shipping. No questions asked.

If the item is confirmed authentic, it will be returned to you. Please note that in this case the client will not be eligible for a refund, and the cost of authentication and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
