Shipping
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 1pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Most orders ship the same day or the next business day.Please allow up to 3 business days for processing around the holiday times or in other rare cases.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, and the same that you see in-store, The Vault NYC must charge a reasonable shipping rate for online orders.
Please contact us through our contact page. We will collect any needed information and photos from you before opening an inquiry with the shipping carriers and/or filing an insurance claim.

We will reach out to the shipping carrier to get more information on the delivery or try to locate the package before filing an insurance claim for mis-delivery. If you have proof that your package was stolen, please contact the police to file a report before contacting us. We will need a copy of the police report before approving any theft claims.

International Customs & Tariffs Policy
All international orders from The Vault NYC are subject to the import laws and regulations of the destination country. Any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import tariffs assessed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Import Fees & Taxes
- Customs and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
- The Vault NYC does not collect or prepay duties or taxes on behalf of the buyer.
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and must be paid directly to the carrier or local authorities before delivery.
Refusal of Delivery
- If a buyer refuses delivery, declines to pay customs duties, or fails to clear their package through customs, the shipment may be returned to The Vault NYC at the buyer’s expense.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued, as refusal of delivery or non-payment of import fees does not constitute a valid return or cancellation.
- Any shipping, customs, or return costs incurred will be deducted from any discretionary refund or credit, at The Vault NYC’s sole discretion.
Responsibility & Compliance
- By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to comply with all import laws and acknowledges responsibility for any applicable duties, VAT, or handling fees.
- The Vault NYC is not responsible for delays, holds, or confiscations caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
