THE VAULT'S BLACK FRIDAY MYSTERY BAG GIVEAWAY

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by The Vault NYC HK LLC, 167 Madison Avenue, Ste 205 #519, New York, NY 10016. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family of Sponsor. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, including the laws of New York State and New York City.

3. Promotion Period

Entries accepted from November 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST through December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted outside this timeframe are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

1. Follow all three Instagram accounts: @shopthevaultnyc, @vi0lenc1aga, and @kevinchy__ .
2. Add an email address to the homepage newsletter subscription list.
3. Complete the official entry form on the Black Friday Giveaway entry page.

Limit: one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. Automated, bot, or bulk entries are prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a mystery designer handbag chosen by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a comparable prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Validation

A random drawing will occur on or about December 2, 2025 from all eligible entries.

The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours and must respond within 72 hours.

All entry requirements must remain valid at the time of drawing. This includes: following @shopthevaultnyc, @vi0lenc1aga, @kevinchy__, maintaining the newsletter subscription, and submitting a complete entry form. Failure to meet any requirement results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Delivery

Prize will be shipped only within the United States at no cost to the winner.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or misdirected entries, platform malfunctions, or inaccurate entrant information.

10. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Participants release and hold harmless The Vault NYC HK LLC from all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

Sponsor’s liability shall not exceed the prize ARV. Participants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, consequential damages, and attorney’s fees.

12. Privacy

All information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: shopvaultnyc.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New York and applicable New York City regulations. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, NY.
